Mutton Liver Fry



Ingredients:-


2 Pounds - mutton liver
1 - Onion
1 - Tomato
2/3 tsp - Pepper
1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
1 tbsp - Cumin seeds
2 tbsp - Ghee
Salt - to taste

Method:-

  1. Mix black pepper powder, turmeric, cumin powder and salt.
  2. Marinate liver pieces with the above mixture for about half an hour.
  3. Heat ghee in a kadhai.
  4. Fry onions into it till they turn golden brown.
  5. Add tomatoes and again fry till they become pulpy.
  6. Now add the liver chops.
  7. Add about 1/2 cup water. Avoid using excess water.
  8. Put the lid and cook the mixture till well done.
  9. Mutton Liver Fry is ready to serve.
