Mutton Soup



















Ingredients:-

Mutton bones - 250 gm
1 - Onion chopped
1 smal -lPotatoes, cubed
2 medium - Carrots, cubed
2-3 Tomato - chopped
Cabbage - chopped ½ cup
Green peas - ¼ cup
Fresh mint leaves - chopped  3 tbsp
6-8 - Bay leaf
1 - Cardamoms
2 - Cloves
3 - Cinnamon
1 inch - Peppercorns, crushed
¼ tsp - Oil
½ tsp - Turmeric
Salt - to taste
Water - 4 cups

Method:-


  1. Clean and wash mutton bones.
  2. Peel, wash, and cut onions, potatoes, and carrots.
  3. Wash and chop the tomato, cabbage and mint leaves.
  4. Put mutton bones in a pressure cooker along with all the ingredients mentioned above except water and stir.
  5. Cook on a medium flame for about 10 minutes.
  6. Add water, close the lid and pressure cook for three whistles.
  7. This soup can be garnished with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot.
