Mutton Pepper Fry

















Ingredients:-

Mutton - 1/2kg
mustard seeds - 1tsp 
ginger 1tbsp
green chillies - 6 
turmeric powder - 1tsp
curry leaves - 1 sprig
garam masala - 1 tsp
chilly powder - 2 tbsp
pepper 1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
shallots - 1cup 
coconut oil - 1/4cup 
coriander powder - 2tbsp

Method:-

  1. mutton-pepper-fryTake mutton, wash it and then cut it into small pieces. 
  2. Cook mutton in a pressure cooker with ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric and salt. 
  3. Take a pan, heat oil in it, add mustard seeds and keep them to splutter. 
  4. Add shallots, green chilies and ginger. 
  5. Fry them until the mixture turns golden brown.
  6. Now add the cooked mutton and cook it again until it gets roasted. 
  7. Mix garam masala and pepper. 
  8. Saute it again for about 2 minutes. 
  9. Now the mutton pepper fry is ready to serve. 
  10. Garnish it with curry leaves and then serve it hot.
