Dum Ka Qeema /Kachri Qeeema


Ingredients:-

1 Kg Beef Keema (Fine Keema- 2 times machine say nikalwa lain)
1-2 tsp = Salt
2 tbsp = Red Chili Powder
1 tsp = Turmeric Powder
1 1/2 tsp = Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp = Kacha Papita/
1/2 tbsp = Kachri Powder
2 tbsp = Ginger Garlic Paste
1 = Onion (Thin Sliced)
4 tbsp = Ghee
4-5 = Green Cardamom
Charcoal

Method:

  1. Keema main Salt, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Msala Powder, Kacha Papita/Kachri Powder and Ginger Garlic Paste daal ker haath say achee terha mix ker k 2 hours marinate karain.
  2. Phir aik pan main Ghee daal ker geram karain.
  3. Phir Onion ko fry karain, saath he Green Cardamom daal dain.
  4. Jaab Onion light golden fry ho jain to Keema add ker k fry kerain.
  5. Phir cover ker k medium flame per rekh dain.
  6. End mai charcoal ka daam day dain.
