Achar Gosht



Ingredients:-

piyaz - med chopped
gosht - 1 kg beef in pieces
oil - 1 cup
kari patta - 8-10
ajwain - 1/4 tsp
saunf - 1 tbsp
kalonji - 1/2 tsp
rai - 1 tsp
zeera - 1 tbsp
kuti lal mirch - 1 1/2 tbsp
sabut dhanya - 1 tbsp
haldi - 1/2 - 1 tsp
tomatoes - 4-6
lemon juice - 1/2 cup
chat masala & pisa garam masala - as required if like.
hari mirchain - 8-10
hara dhanya,adrak - for garnish
dahi - 1 1/2 cup
salt - to taste
g/g paste - 1 tbsp

Method:-

  1. gosht ko alag bowl main salt,lal mirch,haldi,dahi dalker mix karlain.
  2. aur2 hr ke liay frig mein rakhdain.
  3. ab oil garam kar ke usmain kari patta daldain aur sath hi ismain piyaz dalkar fry karain.
  4. piyaz light pink ho jaiy to phir marinated gosht dalker fry karlain.
  5. jab gosht adha gal jaiu to ismein tomato chopped kiay hoay daldein aur fry kerti jain.
  6. take gosht bhun bhi jaiy aur tomaotes bhee guljain.
  7. ab ajwain,saunf,zeera,sabut dhanya,kalonji aur rai ko bhoonlain.
  8. aur crushed kerke adhe lemon juice ke sath mix kar ke mirchon main bherdain chahain to is main chat masala bhi add karlain.
  9. jab gosht ga ljaiy to end main baqi masala dalein aur bhari mirchian bhi rakhdain.
  10. aur naan k sath serv karain.
