Ingredients:-
Mutton - 1/2kg
mustard seeds - 1tsp
ginger 1tbsp
green chillies - 6
turmeric powder - 1tsp
curry leaves - 1 sprig
garam masala - 1 tsp
chilly powder - 2 tbsp
pepper 1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
shallots - 1cup
coconut oil - 1/4cup
coriander powder - 2tbsp
Method:-
- mutton-pepper-fryTake mutton, wash it and then cut it into small pieces.
- Cook mutton in a pressure cooker with ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric and salt.
- Take a pan, heat oil in it, add mustard seeds and keep them to splutter.
- Add shallots, green chilies and ginger.
- Fry them until the mixture turns golden brown.
- Now add the cooked mutton and cook it again until it gets roasted.
- Mix garam masala and pepper.
- Saute it again for about 2 minutes.
- Now the mutton pepper fry is ready to serve.
- Garnish it with curry leaves and then serve it hot.
